In 2024 as part of our mission to SEND people into the community and beyond to further Christ's mission we tried something new.  The Walk in the Light event brought the love of Christ to people at Sandy Springs Park in Maryville.  This year due to the threat of thunderstorms and soggy conditions the event will be inside the church gym (Asbury Hall) on the lower level. 

Kids (and adults) decorate paper lanterns and parade them around to let others know that Jesus is the light of the world.
