The first Christmas Eve service of the day happens in the afternoon here at 1st UMC. This is usually a time when kids (and many adults) are anxiously awaiting the arrival of Christmas Day. For several years, we've given children and families a special way to celebrate the wonders of Christmas Eve. Through unique storytelling, music and interactive elements, this early afternoon service is designed for children of all ages. It's a great way to hear the GOOD NEWS and REJOICE that Christ is born. Throughout Advent & Christmas, "The Weary World REJOICES" as together we prepare for and celebrate the birth of a Savior.
