With a presidential election this year and concern about the polarization in the electorate are you concerned about the negative impacts on your family, work or community relationships? The organization, Braver Angels, offers solutions on how to become bridge-builders and how to disagree without being disagreeable. For our first Conversation Matters event of 2024, Braver Angels will offer a special workshop where participants will: learn how to be more aware of their own "inner polarizer;" how to be critical without demonizing large swaths of the population; and how to constructively intervene in polarizing conversations with like-minded people.
