Loving our neighbors is a way to keep from disrupting community. It's something the Israelites knew pertained to them in regard to fellow members of God's covenant community. But what about people who weren't part of that community? We'll take a look at the answers to this question and how we should ask others, "Won't you be my neighbor?"
