The stars shine on December 7th as our 1st Kids Choirs get you into the spirit of the season with the presentation of "A Day in a Manger." Once the "curtain" closes, the fun really gets going at the "after party." Come grab a slice (or two) of pizza or some other snacks then turn up your creativity at our craft stations throughout the room. "A Day in a Manger" centers around the Gibbs family who have just moved to a new city at what the children consider to be the worst time for a move - Christmas. Mrs. Gibbs is determined not to let this move hinder their traditional family celebrations, one of which is setting up the family manger scene. Gradually, as the children upack the boxes, a transformation happens as they discover the Christmas spirit that had eluded them.
