At this time in Holy Week, Jesus surrounds himself with his closest friends, knowing his time on earth is nearing an end. He knows he will be betrayed by someone at the table, but still extends his love to all by washing their feet and offering them bread and cup and loving care. Maundy Thursday (or Holy Thursday) is a time when we remember what happened just before Jesus' crucifixion. During this worship service you'll have time to reflect on the good news that God's unstoppable love extends to all people. The worship service will include a time for Holy Communion, the sharing of bread and juice. It, too is open to EVERYONE.
