After receiving the Holy Spirit, Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness for 40 days. That experience was a time for the newly Spirit-filled Jesus to prepare for the mission and ministry that was before him. As we near the end of the 40 days of Lent we ask ourselves, "How do we embrace Lent as a season of prepration for the mission/ministry before us?"
