The 2023 Easter Offering helps 1st Church with its obligations with an upcoming Habitat for Humanity Faith Build. And this year, we're giving you another opportunity to help the Habitat Organization with a hands-on mission project. We are looking for people to come out and work at the Blount Habitat ReStore for a couple of hours. We'll meet at the church at 9:30 then head over to work at the store until Noon. All are welcome to help. but those under age 14 must have a parent or guardian with them. You must also wear closed-toed shoes. Participants will receive a FREE 1st UMC t-shirt. The Habitat ReStore supports Habitat's mission to provide simple affordable homes for people in need through the sale of donated items at reduced prices.
