Playing the Villain - 8:15 Traditional Worship
Even the happiest of stories can have a dark element, especially when there is a villain involved. In the Christmas Story, the main villain is King Herod. He felt threatened by the news of a "king" being born in the land where he ruled.
In response to the threat, King Herod did some sinister things, but in spite of all these wicked deeds, he would still be covered by God's love and grace.
As we take this journey through "An Unlikely Advent" we will reflect on our sinful lives and how we are in need of redemption.
